Excellent 1080p 60Hz HDTV especially for the $298 price tag! I mainly use this as a second screen monitor for my Macbook Pro and working off it is fantastic. 1080p movies look great on this too.

I think the TV works very well. The big gripe I have is the way Sony packs them in the box. They have this "donut" inside that is supposed to protect the screen, but it's TOO SMALL! And so what happens, when you buy these TVs, they come with damaged screens! If there's any pressure put on the middle of these boxes when being shipped, the "donut" will smash into the screens. So I had to have mine shipped double-boxed so that it doesn't get damaged in shipment. Sony has been cutting corners.... But I bought 3 of these TVs to put in other rooms and they seem just fine. I like the picture. But the best thing I really like is the coaxial cable hook-up. It's not "tucked" in the back of the TV so that it's hard to screw the cable in. I don't know if that's alright for people who want to hang these TVs on the wall, though... I don't need all the bells and whistles that come with "smart TVs", so this fits the bill.
